Terms and Policies
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and we will exchange, (see Exchange Policy below), or refund your purchase within 15 business days of the original order dispatch date. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition: i.e. not worn, altered or washed, and with it’s sachet and original box. Worn or dirty items will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. We don’t accept any money refunds, only merchandise can be exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items, (as per Return policy), and place a new order for the style you prefer. Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur a cancellation fee, which is a 20% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Return to Sender Policy
Parcels returned to us marked 'Return to Sender' by postal authorities will be refunded as follows: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If there is no one at the delivery address, or no one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Kuyban may charge you additional delivery fees. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
We accept payments by VISA or MasterCard credit cards. Our secure online payment system is automated and if your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and we will send an email confirming that your order has been successful. Your credit card information is secured by 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which guarantees encryption and protection of personal information and credit card transactions. It is the same level of security as used by many of the banks. We do not have any access to your credit card details.
Some payments may be subject to ID verification, which requires the credit card holder to complete and return (by email or fax) a Payment Authorization form.
Order Processing Times
We are trying to process all orders as quickly as possible and the usual order processing time is 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends and public holidays, from the date the order is placed.
Orders sent outside the US or Colombia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.
Kuyban aims to include up-to-date images of all products on this Web site. However, our images of the products may differ from the actual products. We make every possible attempt to reflect the actual color of the products in the pictures presented. Kuyban and other products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These variations are characteristic of fine leather and calf suede, and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. The accuracy of pictures displayed also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer setting. Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided to minimize any discrepancies.
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Colombia & USA.
Shipping time is estimated on this Website as an approximate guide and the actual shipping times may be longer or shorter.
Colors and images of products displayed on this website, including the color of the leather, calfskin or nubuck and the color of the sole, may differ from the actual product.
We will consider any defective items claims within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please inspect your purchased items carefully after you receive them and if you suspect a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If we deem your items to have the manufacturing defect, we will either replace or repair the defective items whichever is applicable.
Leather, calfskin and/ or nubuck may have some irregularities and variations in color and texture as it is natural product.
The brighter & richer colors used in Kuyban loafers may transfer some dye to the feet’s sole for some time at the beginning of wearing the new loafers.
Kuyban loafer’s soles may vary from one pair of loafers to another.
